First of all, we do a testing of our inner state and later we make self-correction.
How to draw the first picture?
1. A white sheet of paper-A4 format, standard size.
2. A black pen.
3. Crayons. The more, the better.
How to draw?
1. Take the sheet of paper and put it horizontally in front of you.
2. Strike your pen in any place of your paper sheet.
3. Close your eyes.
4. Draw different lines without pulling your hand away. Continue drawing for 1 minute.
5. Draw at medium speed trying to fill the entire sheet.
6. Try not to smear the white sheet.
Important:
1. We connect the end and the beginning of the line to the nearest line intersection.
2. Try to draw freely at the same medium speed.
3. Large, medium and small areas should be of a similar size. Each of them should take a 1/3 of all area.
4. To color the first 4 testing images we select all the pencils with our eyes closed. We color with our eyes opened and color the areas selecting them randomly.
5. You can`t color connecting areas with the same color.
6. We color the areas smoothly, evenly, orderly.
7. When you take a pencil you can color only from 1 to 15 areas with one color. If you take the same pencil again you must color at least one area. If you like the color you can color more areas (up to 15).
8. It is necessary to color all the pictures, even the smallest areas.
The picture says a lot about the person’s inner state, psychological and physical problems. We also get some information about the person’s talents and energy. Colors and lines help to correct the inner state of a person. It is wonderful that the person can mate the correction independently.
How to make the inner state correction?
1. First of all, we draw 4 test pictures. This may help to diagnose the person’s condition.
2. Later we draw 17 correction fractals.
3. In all there has to be 21 fractal. It improves your drawing skills.
4. You have to close your eyes when you draw a correction fractal.
5. The composition must be in the centre of the paper sheet.
6. Each picture must be different. Especially by the character of the lines. border
7. You should use the correctional therapeutic combination of the colors in the correction fractal.
8. Draw every day. But it is not necessary to finish the picture at the same day.
9. It is not recommended to draw more than one picture a day.
10. If we want to feel the therapeutic effects, we must finish all 21 picture in 4-6 weeks.
11. If we have a longer than one week break, we must start from the beginning and start a new circle of 21 picture.
Therapeutic color combinations:
First group:
1. Red and bright tones of red color (raspberry, pink).
2. Black.
3. Grey.
4. Dark brown.
5. Soft and dark purple. (Light)
6. The biggest areas: dark blue and bright orange.
Second group:
1. Green.
2. Yellow.
3. Soft pink.
4. Golden and soft brown.
5. Soft blue and sea wave.
6. Soft orange – peach colors.
7. Small and medium areas: dark blue and bright orange.
1. We must use all colors in one picture.
2. If you use a color from the first group, you must use a color from the second group near the first one. This is called a therapeutic color composition.(combination)
3. It is important not to use the colors from the first group nearby. Do not make big spots from the first group colors. Try to separate them.
4. We can use colors from the second group only when there is a difficult, special event in our life. Do not draw like this all the time because your pictures will become identical. We want more variety in our pictures and in our life too.
5. Don`t forget that pictures must be different.
6. We can make 21 correction pictures circle once a year if we feel unhappy in our life.
